The staff was amiable at all levels. The hotel's position was magnificent and amazing, close enough to London. It also was in the middle of jackson.

The staff made me feel like royalty, as if I was the queen of England. The hotel was so stunning, I felt like I was living in a palace. I would rebook in a heartbeat, darling!

The superior queen room overlooks city and includes coffee/tea making equipment and glassware. The location of the venue is particularly good and great, right by London. For tea and goodies visit Amanzi Tea, located close by.

The optional service charge of 5 percent requested upon checkout was unexpected and uncomfortable.

As those taking off early, we loved the friendly and personal check-in and the spacious rooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's central location was a major plus, making it easy to explore nearby Oxford Street and Bond Street station. The modern and tastefully decorated rooms were well-equipped with fabulous amenities, including automatic curtains and a well-stocked mini-bar. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the peach tea. The provision of free soft drinks and water in the room, refreshed daily, was a thoughtful touch.

We had an amazing stay at The Botree - Preferred Hotels And Resorts. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The bar was cozy and nice, and the room was well-equipped and comfortable. The service was great, and we especially loved the idea of having our soft drinks and water refilled everyday - it was such a generous touch. The staff were amazing and always helpful, even storing our luggage for 5 days. We can't wait to stay here again on our next trip.
